University of Wales menyediakan partial scholarship bagi international student yang mendaftar untuk tahun ajaran 2012/2013. Pendaftaranya sendiri terbagi dalam 2 gelombang: September 2012 dan Januari 2013. Pendaftaran gelombang pertama telah berakhir 3 September 2012 kemarin, jadi jika Anda tertarik, Anda dapat mencoba untuk gelombang berikutnya. Deadline untuk gelombang kedua adalah 7 Januari 2013.
Syarat pendaftaran beasiswa:

• Memiliki prestasi yang baik di bidang Akademik
• Memiliki prestasi yang baik di bidang seni
• Aktif dalam komunitas Sosial/Budaya
• Memiliki Visa/CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies)

Prosedur pendataran:

• Mengisi formulir aplikasi beasiswa. Silakan download di sini
• Membuat essay antara 500 -700 kata yang mendukung aplikasi Anda

Besarnya beasiswa yang diberikan adalah 1,000 poundsterling yang akan langsung dipotong dari total tuition fee yang Anda harus bayar tiap tahunnya
Catatan penting lainnya:

• Anda tidak boleh sendang menerima beasiswa/bantuan dari institusi lainnya seperti Chevening or DFID awards untuk mengajukan permohonan beasiswa ini
• Beasiswa University of Wales ini hanya berlaku untuk pemohon yang mengambil program full time
• Applicant yang berhasil mendapatkan beasiswa akan dihubungi 4 minggu setelah closing date.

• Mengikuti tes beasiswa yang terdiri dari Matematika, Bahasa Inggris, dan Logika. Untuk yang mengambil jurusan DKV harus mengikuti Tes Gambar

Note:

• Untuk teman-teman yang berasal di luar kota dapat tinggal di dormitory yang disediakan oleh pihak kampus
• Pada saat libur panjang selama 2 bulan, teman-teman bisa mengikuti program job training di unit bisnis Kompas Gramedia, seperti Kompas, Gramedia Pustaka Utama, Kompas.com, dll.
